These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Rankke platform. By browsing, creating an account, or using any feature, you agree to these terms.

1. About Rankke

Rankke is a digital platform focused on customer feedback, customer satisfaction, online reputation, and workflows related to surveys and monitoring.

At this time, the operation described in these Terms is based in Brazil. Until the final legal entity is publicly formalized, the public identification of the operation will be made through the Rankke brand and the contact channel fale@rankke.me.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any condition, you must not use the platform.

3. Accounts and access

Some features require account creation through email and password or third-party authentication, such as Google.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

Rankke may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in ways compatible with the intended functionality of the service.

You may not use Rankke to send unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, abusive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

You also may not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass technical restrictions, automate abusive access, or compromise the platform security.

5. User content and data

Users remain responsible for the data, texts, surveys, links, webhooks, and other content they submit to the platform.

By using Rankke, users declare that they have a lawful basis to process and collect any data they submit to or process through the service.

6. Plans, cancellation, and refunds

Rankke may offer both free and paid plans, each with different limits, features, and quotas.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time from the authenticated product environment under My Subscription whenever the portal is available for the account.

Refund review requests must be submitted by email to fale@rankke.me.

Each request will be reviewed based on account history, billing timing, actual service usage, and the commercial policy in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Availability and support

Rankke works to keep the platform available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, temporary outages, third-party limitations, and technical adjustments may occur without prior notice whenever required for service stability or security.

8. Intellectual property

The Rankke brand, platform interface, software, visual elements, proprietary texts, and other service assets belong to Rankke or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user, except for the limited right to use the platform within its intended scope.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rankke will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.

You acknowledge that part of the operation depends on third-party providers, such as infrastructure, authentication, and external integrations.

10. Changes to these Terms

Rankke may update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect product evolution, legal requirements, or operational adjustments.

The latest version will apply from the moment it is published on the website.
